Nicole Kruczek, is a health sciences professional with expertise in nursing, education, research, and support for marginalized and diverse populations. She holds a Master of Health Sciences Degree from Ontario Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University. Nicole has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research, research ethics, academic support, and educational program development, with a particular focus on equity, inclusion, and accessibility in education and healthcare. She currently serves as the Education Co-ordinator with the Well Earth Collaborative, a member on the Durham College Research Ethics Board, and an Academic Strategist/Educational Consultant with various health sciences students across the province.
